The primary purpose of this position is to be a leading contributor on a software development team. The Computer Programming Tech will work with other team members that are junior and senior to themselves. Primary responsibilities include all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements design, development, integration, and testing. This position requires the person to interface and communicate with the client(s) in a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications

- Associates Degree or Certificate from a 2 yr. institution in CIS, CS, or other software development.

- A minimum of three years of related technical experience is required.

- 1-2 yrs experience of either Java or Microsoft C# platforms

- 1 yr. experience working with Relational databases

- Proficient with Git concepts

- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

- 1-2 yrs. full stack software development experience, including Front End, Server/Web Services, and ORM/Database based on Java or C# platforms

- 1+ yrs. experience with Agile SCRUM software development process in a team environment

- Experience in test-driven design, automated testing, and continuous integration frameworks
